TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMARO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE WEBSITE. LUMARO’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AED 500. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under DIFC-LCIA rules, conducted in English in Dubai, UAE. You waive any right to participate in class or representative actions.
