This AI and Automation Disclaimer applies to all artificial intelligence and automation services provided by Lumaro Innovation and Artificial Intelligence FZCO.

1. Nature of AI Technology

  • Our services utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies that are probabilistic and statistical in nature.

  • AI systems learn from data and patterns but may produce variable, unexpected, or incorrect results.

  • AI-generated content, recommendations, and decisions should not be considered infallible or definitive.

  • No AI system can guarantee perfect accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness for all situations.

2. No Guarantee of Results

  • Lumaro makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, conversion rates, appointment volumes, or business results from use of our services.

  • Performance of AI systems depends on many factors including data quality, configuration, market conditions, and external variables beyond our control.

  • Past performance or case study results do not predict or guarantee future results for any client.

  • Each implementation is unique and results will vary based on client-specific circumstances.

3. Human Oversight Required

  • AI-powered automation is designed to augment, not replace, human judgment and decision-making.

  • Clients are responsible for implementing appropriate human oversight, review, and approval processes.

  • Critical business decisions should not be made solely based on AI outputs without human review.

  • Clients should establish quality control procedures and monitoring for AI-generated communications and actions.

4. Content Accuracy and Appropriateness

  • AI systems may generate content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, biased, offensive, or factually incorrect.

  • Lumaro is not responsible for the content of AI-generated communications or the interpretation of such content by third parties.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use in business communications.

  • Clients should implement filters, approval workflows, and monitoring to ensure brand consistency and compliance.

 

5. Data Dependencies

  • AI system performance depends heavily on the quality, completeness, and accuracy of input data provided by Client.

  • Incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate data will negatively impact AI performance and results.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining data quality, accuracy, and currency in connected systems.

  • Lumaro cannot guarantee performance if provided with inadequate or poor-quality data.

6. Third-Party Integrations

  • Our services integrate with third-party platforms such as CRM systems, communication tools, and data providers.

  • Lumaro is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or policies of third-party platforms.

  • Changes to third-party platforms may affect service functionality and performance.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining valid accounts and access to integrated platforms.

7. Compliance Responsibility

  • Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their use of AI services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • This includes but is not limited to: telemarketing laws, spam regulations, consumer protection laws, data protection requirements, and industry-specific regulations.

  • Clients must obtain all necessary consents and permissions for automated communications.

  • Lumaro provides tools but does not provide legal advice regarding compliance requirements.

 

8. Bias and Fairness

  • AI systems may exhibit biases based on training data, algorithms, or implementation factors.

  • While Lumaro strives to develop fair and unbiased systems, we cannot guarantee complete elimination of bias.

  • Clients should monitor AI outputs for potential bias and implement corrective measures as needed.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of AI systems complies with anti-discrimination laws.

 

9. Service Limitations

  • AI services may experience downtime, errors, or performance degradation due to technical issues, updates, or maintenance.

  • Not all use cases or scenarios can be effectively automated with current technology.

  • Some situations require human judgment, creativity, or emotional intelligence that AI cannot replicate.

  • Lumaro will work with clients to identify appropriate use cases but cannot guarantee suitability for all purposes.

10 Continuous Improvement

  • AI systems require ongoing monitoring, training, and optimization to maintain and improve performance.

  • Client feedback and data are used to refine and improve AI models over time.

  • Performance may improve with use as systems learn from interactions and outcomes.

  • Clients should expect an iterative process of refinement rather than perfect performance from day one.

 

11. Liability Disclaimer

  • LUMARO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DECISIONS, ACTIONS, OR OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM USE OF AI SERVICES.

  • CLIENTS ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH AI-GENERATED CONTENT, RECOMMENDATIONS, AND AUTOMATED ACTIONS.

  • Lumaro is not responsible for lost opportunities, damaged relationships, compliance violations, or other consequences of AI outputs.

 

12. Acknowledgment

By using Lumaro's AI and automation services, Client acknowledges understanding the probabilistic nature of AI technology, the importance of human oversight, and the limitations and risks described in this disclaimer.
