This AI and Automation Disclaimer applies to information provided on www.lumaro-innovation.com and to general descriptions of artificial intelligence and automation capabilities offered by Lumaro Innovation and Artificial Intelligence FZCO (“Lumaro”). This disclaimer is provided for informational purposes only and does not replace or modify any contractual terms agreed separately with clients.

Lumaro’s services may involve artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies that are probabilistic and data-driven in nature. AI systems may generate variable, unexpected, incomplete or incorrect outputs. AI-generated information should not be considered error-free, definitive or suitable for all situations. No artificial intelligence system can guarantee accuracy, completeness or appropriateness of outputs in every context.
2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Lumaro does not guarantee any specific outcomes, performance levels, conversion rates, appointment volumes or business results.
Actual results depend on numerous factors outside Lumaro’s control, including data quality, configuration choices, market conditions, third-party systems and user behavior. Any examples, illustrations or references to potential outcomes are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute promises or guarantees.
3. HUMAN OVERSIGHT
AI-powered automation is designed to support, not replace, human judgment. Users and clients are responsible for implementing appropriate human review, supervision and approval processes before relying on AI-generated outputs. AI performance depends significantly on the quality, completeness and accuracy of input data provided or connected by clients. Incomplete, outdated or inaccurate data may negatively affect AI outputs and system behavior. Lumaro does not guarantee performance where data quality is insufficient or improperly maintained.
6. THIRD-PARTY SYSTEMS
Lumaro’s solutions may integrate with third-party platforms, tools or communication providers. Lumaro does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, performance or policies of third-party systems. Changes or failures in third-party services may impact functionality.
7. COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITY
Clients and users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of AI and automation complies with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, telecommunications, consumer protection and anti-spam laws. Lumaro provides technology and implementation support but does not provide legal or regulatory advice.
8. LIMITATIONS AND RISKS
AI and automation technologies involve inherent limitations and risks. Not all use cases are suitable for automation and certain situations require human judgment, discretion or intervention. System performance may be affected by technical issues, updates, maintenance or external factors.

10. CONTRACTUAL GOVERNANCE
Legally binding obligations, warranties, limitations of liability and data protection provisions are governed exclusively by written agreements executed between Lumaro and its clients. In the event of any inconsistency, contractual terms shall prevail over this Website Disclaimer.
